The wheel layout
Evolution's game page states that the wheel is divided into 54 equal segments: 48 numbered segments (1, 2, 5, 10), 2 CHANCE segments, 3 "2 ROLLS" segments and 1 "4 ROLLS" segment. The page does not split the 48 numbers by value. The widely published chart gives 22 ones, 15 twos, 7 fives and 4 tens, which totals 48 and fits the page, and we use it here. Numbered bets pay at face value, so a bet on 5 pays 5 to 1 plus the stake back.

Where the rest of the RTP comes from
The four number bets return between 77.8% and 83.3% from the wheel alone, well short of the 96.23% that third-party reviews report for the game (the Evolution page we read does not state an RTP). The shortfall is paid by the bonus game and by multipliers: the 2 ROLLS and 4 ROLLS segments send a token round the board for two or four dice rolls, collecting cash and multipliers, and CHANCE can deliver a random multiplier or a bonus.
Treat the bonus segments as a lottery layer. Only 11.1% of spins reach one, so on 9 of 10 spins you are playing the base wheel at a base cost of roughly 17% to 22% per spin, relying on the rare bonus to bring the long-run average to the headline figure.
Odds in a session
In 100 spins the expected number of bonus segments is 11.1, with a standard deviation near 3.1, so most sessions of 100 spins show between 8 and 14 of them. The 4 ROLLS segment, the one players chase, lands on average 1.85 times in 100 spins and not at all in 15.4% of them. In 54 spins it is missed 36.4% of the time. That is not a malfunction, it is what a 1-in-54 event does.
A fair price table makes the trade clear. 4 ROLLS would break even at about 53 to 1 if it paid a flat number; instead it pays whatever the board produces, which averages high and spreads wide.

MONOPOLY Live: questions
How many segments does the MONOPOLY Live wheel have?
54. Evolution's page lists 48 numbers, 2 CHANCE, 3 2 ROLLS and 1 4 ROLLS.
What is the chance of 4 Rolls?
1 in 54, which is 1.85% per spin.
What is the RTP of MONOPOLY Live?
Third-party reviews report 96.23%. Evolution's game page does not state a figure, so check the game's info panel before relying on it.
Is a bet on 1 or on 2 better?
A bet on 2 has a higher base return, 83.33% against 81.48%, but wins less often. Neither changes the long-run house edge.
Is it the same as the board game?
It borrows the theme. The odds come from a wheel and a bonus board, not from the tabletop rules.
