The wheel, segment by segment
Evolution's rules page confirms a 54-segment money wheel with four bonus games: Coin Flip on four segments, Cash Hunt on two, and Crazy Time on one. The split of the number segments (21, 13, 7 and 4) and the two Pachinko segments is not itemised on Evolution's page, so we use the widely published layout from casinos.com; it adds up to exactly 54, which is a good sign. If you can read a different count in the game's own info panel, trust the panel and tell us.
Each probability below is the segment count divided by 54. "Fair price" is the payout at which a bet on that segment would break even over many spins: 54 divided by the count, minus 1.
Crazy Time: probability of every segment
Why a bet on 1 does not return 100% on its own
A bet on 1 pays 1 to 1 and wins on 21 of 54 spins. Its return from the base wheel is 21/54 x 2 = 77.8% of the stake. A bet on 10 returns 4/54 x 11 = 81.5%, and a bet on 5 returns 7/54 x 6 = 77.8%. None of these reaches the published 94% to 96%. The gap is closed by the Top Slot, a random multiplier of up to 50x that Evolution applies to a segment before each spin, and by the bonus rounds.
This is the first thing worth knowing about Crazy Time: the headline RTP is not earned by the number bets themselves. It depends on multipliers that arrive on a minority of spins. The result is a game that feels steady on small numbers and swings hard when a multiplier lands.
What the bonus rounds have to average
Reading the bonus table
If you bet on Crazy Time itself and the RTP is about 95%, the single segment, which lands once per 54 spins on average, must return about 51 times the stake on average each time it appears. Most appearances therefore pay less than that and a few pay far more: Evolution quotes up to 20,000x in the Crazy Time bonus, 10,000x in Pachinko and 5,000x in Coin Flip with a 50x Top Slot. The distribution is heavily skewed, which is why a few spins decide a session.
The stated figures are ceilings, not averages. The largest win Evolution lists is a 25,000x Cash Hunt on 11 December 2022. One record says nothing about what a typical session returns.
Published RTP and the house edge
Evolution's game page states an RTP of 96.08% and its rules page a theoretical range of 94.41% to 96.08%. The range is the honest figure: the lower end applies to some bets, the upper end to others. Per 100 units staked, the house keeps 3.92 at best and 5.59 at worst. Stake 1 unit on 200 spins and the expected cost is between 7.84 and 11.18 units, with a swing much larger than that in either direction.
Nothing on the wheel is hidden: each spin is independent, so no segment is "due". After 30 spins without a Coin Flip the chance of one on the next spin is still 4/54.

Crazy Time: questions
What is the probability of Crazy Time landing on the Crazy Time segment?
1 in 54, which is 1.85%. The chance of at least one in 100 spins is 84.6%, and the chance of none is 15.4%.
What is the Crazy Time RTP?
Evolution states 96.08% on its game page and a theoretical range of 94.41% to 96.08% in the rules, depending on the bet.
Which Crazy Time bet has the best odds?
The best chance of a win is the number 1, 38.89% of spins, but its base return is low and relies on the Top Slot. Hit frequency and RTP are different things.
Do past results affect the next spin?
No. Each spin of the wheel is independent, so streaks and dry spells carry no information about the next result.
Can a strategy lower the house edge?
No. Bet size and spread change variance and how fast you spend a bankroll, not the edge. See the strategy maths.
