Warning signs

  • Playing longer or with more money than planned.
  • Chasing losses with bigger stakes, which is exactly what the Martingale plan on our strategy page does mathematically.
  • Borrowing, or hiding your play from others.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you are not playing.
  • Gambling to escape stress or low mood.

Two or more of these is a reason to pause and talk to someone.

Limits that work

  • Set a deposit limit and a session length before you start, and treat the budget as spent when it is gone.
  • Use the maths: at a 4% house edge, 500 spins at 5 units cost an expected 100 units. Know that figure in advance.
  • Never gamble money needed for rent, bills or debt.
  • Take breaks and set reminders.
  • If you have excluded yourself, do not play. We publish no ways around bans or exclusions.

You must be of legal age: 18+, or 19+ in most Canadian provinces.
